China has resumed issuing all types of visas for foreigners since March 2023. Confirm your participation at RX China events early will ensure you have enough time for visa application and get the best rates for hotels and flights.

There are no public health restrictions anymore and mask is no longer needed. To enter China, international travellers must have a valid passport and a visa unless they are eligible for a visa-free entry or a visa-on-arrival.

Visa to China

Please consult your local Embassy of China, Consulate General of China, visa agency or travel agency about the necessary materials and requirements to apply for Chinese Visa.

Admission Procedures:

1.Please complete visitor pre-registration online in advance to avoid long lines on-site and guarantee your entrance. Pre-registered visitors will get free entrance and save USD15.  Click here to register.

2.Upon completion of online registration, you will receive a confirmation letter with QR code and registration number. Please print out the confirmation letter or save it to your phone.

3.When you come to the show, please bring your passport or ID and present your registration number or QR at the Pre-registered Overseas Visitor Counter to collect your visitor badge and enter the show for free.

4. For on-site walk-in visitors, please fill out a registration form on-site at the Walk-in Overseas Visitor Counter, provide your business card and present your passport or ID to get your visitor badge and enter the show. If you didn’t pre-register online, you will need to pay USD15 on-site for the entrance ticket. We highly suggest you should complete visitor online registration in advance.

Terms & Conditions:

Ø  Booking deadline is July 01, 2025. Rooms will be subjected to availability after the deadline.

Ø  Payment for some five-star hotels must be made on or before July 01, 2025.

Ø  The organizer has negotiated the above discounted rates. Please make your booking before the deadline July 01, 2025.

Ø  Cancellation policy: any cancellation must be before July 01, 2025, otherwise one night room charge shall be applied.

Ø  No show: In case of no show, one night room fee will be charged as penalty. Balance payment will be refunded one week after the show.

Ø  Shanghai Mengxuan Exhibition Services Co., Ltd. is the official travel agent for the event. After the receipt of your completed booking, Shanghai Mengxuan Exhibition Services Co., Ltd.  will send you a confirmation letter. Please use your confirmation letter to check in.
